THLFB: The Humble Libertarian on Facebook

Lots of changes and growth at The Humble Libertarian. Become a fan of our new Facebook page and get engaged with libertarian patriots from all over the country...

Back in December, I started a Facebook Page for The Humble Libertarian, and as you can see from the graph above, didn't do much with it for a while. Then at the urging of libertarian Max Swomley, who studies in the D.C. area, I started moving forward on putting together and promoting our Facebook page.

Our growth has already been meteoric over the past month, so if you haven't already, please become a fan of THLFB. We're hoping to build a vibrant community on our libertarian Facebook Page, so use the Wall to share important information, updates, and links; use the forum to discuss and debate; and feel free to upload photos of libertarian events, protests, and photoshops.

I also want to take this occasion to formally announce two new additions to the THL team: Our new Director of Social Media, who will be helping me manage our Facebook Page and making sure we stay engaged with you, the reader, Max Swomley. I got a chance to meet him personally when I traveled to Washington D.C. for the SFL Conference, and he was an enormous help to me in a new city. He'll also be helping me launch a cool new libertarian project that we're still planning. Keep your eye out for announcements here.

Secondly, I've added a new regular contributor, Daryl Luna, to the lineup of authors here at THL. He is the Editor in Chief at In Defense of the Constitution. He is a true Constitutional Conservative, and loyal son of the great Volunteer State of Tennessee, where I am currently privileged to reside. Keep your eye out for some more guest posts, and as for you other libertarian bloggers and writers out there who want to share your insights with a wider audience, I am taking submissions for guest posts- and frequent, high-quality guest posting here could easily become a regular column if you're interested.
