#MusicMonday - "Hypnotize" by #SOAD

As revolutions rage around the world I continue to find "Hypnotize" by System Of A Down running through my head. The song pointedly recalls the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests in Beijing and contrasts the revolutionary spirit of the youth protests in China to a decadent culture of consumerism here in the West which has left us blinded to the plight of struggling revolutionaries throughout the world:

Why don't you ask the kids at Tiananmen Square,
Was fashion the reason why they were there?
They disguised it, hypnotized it,
Television made you buy it.
