Up Next: War in Libya

At the urging of the Obama Administration (m), the UN has voted to approve military action in Libya (m), though I'm not sure where in the US Constitution it says that the UN has the power to make those kind of decisions for our military, which is why Senator Lugar, the ranking Republican on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee is channeling Ron Paul and saying that Congress needs to make a formal declaration of war (m) before Washington proceeds with military action.

We sure as hell don't take our marching orders from the UN, but from the Constitution, and neither should we let our brave young men and women fight at the whim of a power-drunk, monarch of a president, but only with a clear vote to declare war from the representatives of We The People. And before they make that vote, they have a few questions to answer.
