10 Major Conservative Voices Saying Great Things About Ron Paul [Videos]

Don't think Ron Paul is conservative enough? Or that he can capture the imagination and support of the conservative mainstream? Just listen to what some of these major conservative voices have had to say about Ron Paul:

1. Glenn Beck

"I agree now with Ron Paul more than I did in 2008, and we have a choice, and I think this is the choice that's going to happen to us: you can't live in this middle ground with our Constitution. You can't. You either embrace the Constitution or shed the Constitution, and Ron Paul is the closest to our Founders out of anyone up there [on the New Hampshire Republican Presidential Debate stage]." -Glenn Beck Radio Show 6/14/11

"I don't know if I disagreed with anything [Ron Paul] said last night [at the New Hampshire Republican Presidential Debate]." -Glenn Beck Radio Show 6/14/11

"[Ron Paul] also said that we're not making any friends over there and he's right. We're not making any friends. What are we doing?? What are we doing?? Pull them out! Bring them home!" -Glenn Beck Radio Show 6/14/11

"I personally found myself in more agreement with Ron Paul than anyone else on that stage. Anyone else." -Glenn Beck Radio Show 6/14/11

2. Sarah Palin
"He's cool! He's a good guy. He's a good guy-- he's so independent! He's independent of like the party machine, and I'm like 'Right on!' You know: so am I. The party machinery on both sides of the party, you know Americans are tiring of the excessive partisanship that gets in the way of just doing the right thing for this country."

3. 2012 Opponent Michele Bachmann
"Congressman Ron Paul is one the leading advocates of freedom in our nation's capitol. He's worked tirelessly as you know, for constitutional government, for low taxes, for free markets."

4. Ann Coulter
Interviewer: "Who's the leading candidate for the Republicans in 2012?"

Ann Coulter: "I think Ron Paul. The war will be over, and basically I agreed with Ron Paul on everything."

A note: the interviewer is mistaken when he says that Ron Paul will be in his eighties by 2012. In 2012, Ron Paul will turn 77... and he's in superb health.

5. Michael Savage
"The other day I read an article written by the great representative from Texas, Ron Paul. He made more sense to me than anybody else."

"Ron Paul is a congressman. He's a candidate for the presidency of the United States of America. He makes more sense to me than almost any other candidate."

"I would expect that you [Ron Paul] would know something more about the realities of what's going on than people who have been under the spell of lobbyists their entire lives."

6. Chuck Norris
"'America's not a democracy, it's a Chucktatorship.' Now if that was true, I would go to Washington, I'd line up every member of Congress, and I'd have Ron Paul, who I believe is one of the more honest men in Washington. I'd say, 'Ron, point out the honest politicians and the dishonest politicians.' And as we're walking down the line, he'd say, 'He's honest. He's honest. Now he's dishonest.' I'd walk up to him and I'd say, 'You're fired.' And if he didn't move immediately, I'd choke him unconscious and drag him over to the pile."

...that would be a huge pile.

"If guts could fight, they would fight their Ron Paul out!" -RonPaulFacts

7. Barry Goldwater, Jr.
"My name is Barry Goldwater and I support Ron Paul for President of the United States. I know Ron Paul-- We served together in the House of Representatives. He's one of the most honest and genuine men I've ever met. Ron Paul believes in a strong national defense, but not being the policeman of the world. Ron Paul believes in free market economics and believes you should keep the money you earn.

Ron Paul believes in preserving your liberties, your freedom from excessive taxes, your freedom from excessive regulation, your freedom of privacy, and your right to be left alone. Americans are longing for-- well no-- demanding leadership from our president. I'm voting for Ron Paul for president. You should vote for Ron Paul for president."

8. Senator Rand Paul
Okay fair enough... this one's obvious. Though while possibly nepotistic, Rand Paul's endorsement of his father is also clearly grounded in their shared philosophy of Constitutional Conservatism and their principled application of it to law. It also carries weight as Rand Paul is one of the most visible leaders and successful candidates from the Tea Party movement in 2010.

9. Former White House Official Doug Wead
"Thomas Jefferson lives. He's Ron Paul. If Jefferson lived today, he would rail about the Federal Reserve-- he wouldn't like that. He would be appalled by our ongoing wars, our non-stop wars."

10. Sean Hannity -seriously:
SEAN HANNITY: "There are a lot of things that Ron Paul says that I agree with. There really are... Listen, Ron Paul's right about the debt. He's right about the deficit. He's right about spending. He's right about budgets. He's right about the Fed. He's right about a lot of things. He's right about gold. He's right about a lot of things..."

GUEST: "I'm with Ron Paul about 90% of the time..."

SEAN HANNITY: "Then why are you attacking his supporters??"

Let me ask you conservatives who are reading this: did you agree with John McCain 90% of the time? George W. Bush? Not only is Ron Paul 90% in agreement with most conservatives, he actually means what he says and has backed it up for decades as a U.S. Congressman with a voting record unparalleled in Washington for its consistent dedication to conservative principles.

That's why so many conservatives like those listed above have such great things to say about Ron Paul. It's time for Republicans to pick someone who Americans can be sure, without a shadow of a doubt, will take on the deficit of money, morals, liberty, and principles in Washington.

It's time to pick Ron Paul for President in 2012.
