A video recently published at LiveLeak and republished to YouTube this Monday, shows a police officer tasering an unarmed, unthreatening mentally handicapped man, as he stood there with his hands in the air and not approaching the officer in any way.
I can't tell from the video or its description exactly when and where this took place, so if any of you know anything, please speak up in the comments.
This is just horrifyingly brutal:
