What's this TV show called "Debate" that's always on? I can't believe it's on so much.

'What is this TV show called "Debate" that is always on? Everyone is talking about it but I have no interest. I caught the first few episodes but it was just a bunch of idiots talking about how they could F'up the country if they had a chance. I can't believe it is on so much.'
