California has 12% of US Population, 33% of Welfare Recipients; Texas is Best State to Do Business; California, Illinois, and New York the Worst

According to a chief executive survey, the 10 worst states to do business are: CA, NY, IL, MA, MI, NJ, CT, PA, OR and HI. What do these states have in common? They are all blue states run by big government Democrats. The best states to do business are TX, FL, NC, TN, IN, VA, SC, GA, UT and AZ - all solid red states or swing states.
In Chief Executive’s eighth annual survey of CEO opinion of Best and Worst States in which to do business, Texas easily clinched the No. 1 rank, the eighth successive time it has done so. California earns the dubious honor of being ranked dead last for the eighth consecutive year.
