Wednesday, libertarian conservative pundit, Jack Hunter struck back at Alex Jones' libelous characterization of his hair as a "comb over." Disagreement in the liberty movement has often been heated, but attacking the man's hair takes the conversation to a whole new low and represents a brazen disregard for the facts. Clearly, Hunter's hair is immaculate and in good number.
Here's a screenshot of Jack's Facebook status update:
And for the record, at least one Young Americans for Liberty activist thinks that Jack Hunter's hair is even better than that of Mitt Romney and Rod Blagojevich-- which I mean-- those guys have awesome hair, so:
UPDATE (3:26pm CT) - Someone on Jack's Facebook page made a tongue-in-cheek joke about Ron Paul supporters rigging straw polls, so I added a poll to THL in the right hand sidebar at the top. Who's got better hair: Jack Hunter or Alex Jones?
Only a few hours left to vote!!
Obviously I didn't include myself as an option because that would just be unfair on my own website with the home court advantage (but mostly because I have hair so awesome it's hard not to be an arrogant libertarian).
UPDATE (6/18/12) - Took me a couple days to put these results here, but no worries, as they've been prominently featured on the front page of THL all last week and into the weekend: the results of the one day only, unscientific poll of HumbleLibertarian.com's readers with the following question: "Who Has Better Hair: Jack Hunter or Alex Jones?" yielded a result of 36 (92%) voting Jack Hunter and 3 (7%) voting Alex Jones. Can't blame 'em, as Jones is clearly receding around the hairline. Also can't say a bunch of crazy libertarians tilted the poll in favor of Hunter because Alex Jones' supporters are all a bunch of crazy libertarians too.
